Remind me again why Fizz is allowed to have an untarget ability with a 4 second cooldown...
At max cdr, this ability has like a 4 second cooldown. WTF is this bullsh*t.

You can always find something ridiculous within a champion that sits in the meta.
What's the point in you creating all these threads about champions you don't know how to play against?
The 4 seconds require a condition, max CDR.
Even a 4 second window is enough to CC and kill the fish.
The bigger issue here, is how his core items actually have built in CDR now. Like Abyssal, Zhonyas, and Lichbane.
Lets be honest. There will always be something to complain about, something that is absurdly powerful about a champion / item. But until a champion reaches 60+ % winrate in over 1,000 games in Master+ MMR. Riot won't come to your immediate rescue. Even then I will bet, that they will let it sit for a good 2+ weeks.
Reap the benefits of powerful / meta champions now while you still can. Once it changes, you'll have to adapt.
As long as there are still champions that can 1 v 4, you can bet your ass that Riot won't give a sh*t about whatever else you have to say about things that are ridiculous within the game.
This game will forever reward the players who play the strongest / most meta champ of the current patch.
There's no way around it, unless you made every champ the same, then you will complain it's too boring.

I make threads when I feel useless. When a champion is SOO broken I feel completely powerless against them. When an ability with a 2 minute+ cooldown can be dodged with an ability like troll pole, it's just completely broken. I've seen Fizz dodge Karthus ult, Vi ult, and all sorts of really strong abilities that NO ONE should be able to avoid.
Well you're gonna feel helpless against a lot of champions then.
This isn't even a personal attack against you. It's just truth.
Yes, some champions are out of hand. Like Jayce / LB / Kat / Rengar.
But it's possible to beat Fizz and even outplay him. His R is a skill shot. Hex drinker will buy you enough time as a carry to kill him.
There are ways to defeat even LB Kat Rengar though. Even face tanking Jayce shots as Maokai / Tank would render his role useless.
Anyways, refer back to my beginning sentence about not being at an optimal level where these champions aren't as big as a problem, compared to lower elo.

- You're not good enough at the game to understand how to play against champions
- Your MMR is probably too low to even match with teammates that understand how to play against these champions.

The truth is you're being an ***. And it's not like I don't know how to counterplay Fizz. There is no counterplay.
Lol. I tried.
Stay Silver.
Gameplay section is infested with people like you. What's more absurd than Fizz is how cookie cutter these Silvers are, complaining on gameplay. It's almost like you guys all share 1 brain.
All you will do is whine, complain about X champion, X item, X meta, X teammate.
Then play all day and never improve your skill rating.
What's worse than wasting your time on something, is wasting your time on something where you aren't even progressing. You mind as well just be a player that helps alleviate Silver queue times, because you'll be around for years to come.

Whether you like it or not, this is a competitive game. If something is broken, people are going to talk about it. BTW, I only played ranked for 2 weeks last season and I made it to silver 1. If I hadn't procrastinated so much I would've climbed higher.
Whatever helps you sleep at night
It's 6 seconds with 45% cdr, it hasn't been 4 sec since 2 years ago.
5.5 seconds with maximum cdr. I'm also going to remind you that he's the most easily bullied mid laner in league of legends and has no poke. Look at overall kits for a more accurate perspective on their balance. He's one of the few champions who is balanced around 45% CDR.
People dont waste time trying to explain things to him he doesnt actually want to learn he just comes here to whine for attention.
