why is he allowed to have all the damage while he only builds tank?.... And why the hell is he so hard to burst? and its getting so goddamn annoying how he keeps on saving people while he has a ridiculous mmovement speed off that, thats so impossible to chase

You're apparently incapable of reading patch notes and understanding why tanks are difficult to burst.
Chances are my rank is irrelevant to answering questions that are directly answerable by anyone capable of reading the many free resources available, but hey, that's just me.
