Proof that riot's matchmaking algorithm is bullshit

https://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2744497529/244885026?tab=overview even though the other adc had more kills than me, going up against a Brand a Leona that took 4 of my kills accidents happen but damn 4 of them.......I still did the most damage on my team had the most cs, tied for most kills, and tied for most assists and even though their adc had more kills I even manage to out damage her even with her better items. Riot please stop placing me in these kind of matches it sucks, I can't carry top and mid when they feed that hard......Tell them your down start hugging turret nope......sad day......

The enemy team has feeders and noobs just as often as your own team, or even more. It all balances out in the end, if you play enough. If you deserve to climb, just keep a positive attitude, grind the games, and you will climb. That's all there is to it.

Remember, you don't need to win ALL games. Winning 6 of every 10 games is already great, and if you just play decently, not even well but decently, you should win 5, lose 5, just with the "luck" of being in the "good" team half the time on average. So you only need to carry once every 10 games, and not throw the other 9. That's enough. Keep your focus on that, and you will succeed.

And no, Riot matchmaking isn't bullshit. Stop finding excuses, and stop spreading misinformation, that's just bad for the community.

Its modified Elo system. You need to expect about 200 Games on an individual for it to start getting a read accurate for that player. At the end of the day it does not care about you, at all. It favors no one, it is indifferent to your teammates and opponents the same way its indifferent to you. It grabs people in a range, puts them with others in a similar range and works off the principle that Bad players will fall, good players will rise. Because your always on your team the % of a bad person being placed on your team is lower, unless your the one who is worse then the MMR you are placed in. Otherwise The odds are in your teams favor to not have the weakest player as a teammate.

Realistically you will still see them, your teammates will lose you matches, your gonna see trolls. Law of large numbers is what this style of matchmaking works off. Good people will rise, bad players will fall.

So, having said all this please, please understand that one game is not proof of jack shit. If your good consistently you will be rewarded and climb. Its not Bullshit, it just doesn't care about you and part of the way it learns a players streingh means your going to get dicked over some times. Being a team game however means some times your going to Get dicked over in ways that are entirely outside of the matchmakers control as well. Some ones blacked out drunk and then plays lol ranked for example.

That was just one game of like 5 others I played that day all similar results and trolls went rampid yesterday I believe it was like every game I was adc, nobody wanted to play an actual support. The 2 games I did win yesterday I was support and dominated my lane, fed the shit out of my carry.

So, you yourself can play this role and dominate your lane feeding your carry, but you choose to not take that position instead you get stuck with bad teammates who are apparently making little to no effort to play around you with meta picks. You could play support if your dominating lanes with it, you get that role more often then not you know.

Or you can chose not to, and get dicked randomly by immature players or some one having a hissy fit, I cant assume that's on riot to control their behavior they are the ones who make the choise to troll or play bad afterall. I expect riot to to discourage it and punishe folks who do it consistently because it ruins games for people.

I get there's a grey area with the suggestion, I just don't like playing with Annie or Brand as supports because there isn't anything in their kits other than their stuns, I feel more comfortable playing Twitch with ashe as my support, as she constantly pokes the enemy adc, their are things in her kit that make her supportive, while Annie, she's a mage that's it, she has no cc ability outside her stun that she needs to charge up and once it's charged, then she's just waiting for an opportunity to drop Tibbers and stun you. I don't like that kind of gameplay if she casts tibbers and Master Yi comes running down bot, what is she going to do to protect me, she just blew her only defensive ability so I'm as good as dead if I don't have flash up, while Soraka can drop silence on me to snare him if he jumps on me, or sona gives me a speed boost, lux can snare him, master yi thresh w, braum massive slow, oh he ults coolio stand behind braum you get my point even leona has several stuns/slows in her arsenal a good support is someone that can protect their adc in any situation. Most of the time I play with Annie or Brand, they just ks like crazy even Lux for awhile was running doran's ring it's just annoying. Your chose to support or gotta fill 1 out of maybe 10 games you telling me you can't suck it up and play Soraka for a game, or at the very least dodge so I don't have to play with an Annie or Brand........
