Can Viktor's Hex Core not take up an item slot?

It makes sitting on item components really annoying, which mages do more than any other class, because item 3089 costs so much. It's also really awkward to go double dorans on him.

Ok but let's not forget that Rengar's necklace also used to the up a item slot

I definitely think thag Riot will look into this and maybe tone him down so he doesn't become more op than he already is

(Yes Viktor is super strong but a lot of people don't play him)
