How do you get out of forced LP loss that Riot has?

Win 3 lose 2 gain no LP

Even if I get a 4-5 game winning streak riot will then put me with someone who has a 13% win rate and I will lose 24 LP because of them.

Over and over one loss equals 2 wins. You can climb and soon there will be no bottom.

Should I just lose a bunch but have zero deaths? Is that how riot calculates this crap?

I see some players doing that. they will play the game and because of them we will lose but they will have zero deaths (because they ran from everything)

Im not like that

I tend to play Melee top or slow spellcasters mid so if my team is feeding I will have a lot of deaths by the end.

I also dont FF@15 because they can throw but maybe that is hurting me.

Should I be FF@15 when my team feeds and so I have my 4/1/2 at 15 vs my 9/14/6 at 35-40?

Because the way riot calculates this I can not ever climb soloQ.

Also if you look at my past matches PLZ look at the other players and the time line of the match. You will see that I play very well but when you try and you have a feeder/troller/afker and dont FF@15 you end with a lot of deaths.

So basically the system riot uses is called MMR. (Matchmaking Rating). This number decides how games are made, not rank. Here are some numbers just to show my point

Silver 5 MMR is 1150-1219. Silver 4 MMR is 1220-1289. Silver 3 MMR is 1290-1359. Silver 2 MMR is 1360-1429. Silver 1 MMR is 1430-1499.

Lets say a silver 4 player has 1250 MMR. That MMR is normal. But if that player loses alot, but doesn't de-rank, his MMR is going to fall to lets say 1150. He will be playing against mainly silver 5 players, while being silver 4. This means that he will gain less LP and lose more because he's against lower ranked players.

The same works the other way around.

A player could be silver 4 with 1400 MMR. He will gain more LP and lose less because he is being matched up against higher ranked players.

For one reason or another, your MMR is lower than your rank, so this is why it is happening to you.

But I preform well unless there is a freder/troller/afker on my team (or more then one) and so I guess Im trying to figure out how I should play when we ARE going to lose and not because of me.

Do I need to make sure I dont have a lot of deaths? Just Farm and run from any fight?

im pretty sure how you perform doesn't matter since they dont want players playing for KDA or something. Best thing to do is whatever could make you win lol.

Your stats (KDA, wards, objective control, and basically everything else that contributes to your grade and the Champion Points you get) mean nothing for the League Points you get. Your League Points depend only on your MMR, your League and Division, and the average MMR of your opponents. If your MMR is higher than your League and Division, then you will get more LP. If your opponents are high MMR (because you're duoing with a much higher ranked friend, for example), then you'll get more LP. The matchmaker thinks that you belong in a division lower than the one you're in, so if you want to prove that you're in the right division, you're going to need to just keep winning. Even if you aren't going up in LP because your losses are impacting you more than your wins, your MMR will be increasing. At some point, you will begin climbing LP again because you will be winning more than what you lose.

So being Im always SoloQ Its comes down to luck. Those that get more games without a troll will climb and I have a lot of games with trolls.

The enemy team has a higher chance of getting a troll than your team does because I'm going to assume you never troll your matches. Eventually you will climb if you continue to win, especially if you can pull off a 60% winrate like you were talking about in the original post.
