His Passive is just flat out STUPID

Mihalikb2 votesLet's be frank, there's basically no counterplay to Rengar top for most top laners until about level 6 or 7.
Then depending on what char you are playing and how well did you manage to keep up some CS, you might be able to start playing the game.
