vayne is disgustingly overtuned. if they want to make changes to garen, and buff him then i dont have a problem with that.
but champion updates and buffs are different issues than nerfing a champion like vayne that has been literally dominating the game for more than a month.

Critmaster Garen2 votesriven and yasuo became stronger when conqueror dropped. that was a side effect of the keystone being changed 3 weeks ago, and conq has been nerfed since then.
so it made sense to wait at least until we know what the nerf to the keystone would do.
vayne had been directly buffed while she was already one of the top 3 bot lane marksmen AND shes been kept in this state for more than a month, with the same winrate and 20% higher pick rate than riven even, in a meta that shouldnt even favour her.
