Is there really a reason why Lee Sin gets both amazing burst and sustained damage?
Alongside everything in his damn kit? He really shouldn't be able to jump on a adc and instantly blow them up with only 2 damage items

Because muh plays.
Sincerely, remove ward-jumping, make his Q an actual gapcloser instead of a ''miss? Doesnt matter kek'' gapcloser that allows Lee Sin to have close to 0 risks while ganking. Then maybe buff his shield or something.
Oh and murder the execute side of his ult. Rework!Ult was fine.
Better question. Why is anyone picking Lee Sin in the tank meta? How low does his win rate need to drop to before people figure out that they aren't good at him and it's even worse when the meta isn't favoring him?
its not the tank meta, its the ADC meta. Tanks are only good because the current ADCs are hypercarries that tanks can peel for. If the FOTM ADCs were caster type ADCs that fall off later, tanks wouldn't be that good.
That's not true and you know it.

This guy gets it. The root of all problems with this game stems from ADCs.
Assassins too strong? That's because they kill adc champs too fast.
Tanks too strong? That's because they can infinitely peel for their adc.
Burst mages too strong? Oh no they kill adc champs too fast too!
Take a look at crit chance and lifesteal, those are the main offenders of what makes ADC such an oppressively powerful role.
THAT'S BECAUSE THEY'RE THE CARRIES.
Yes, crit and lifesteal have issues (for an entirely different reason). But if you think ADC's are "opressively powerful", you're completely wrong. Sure, they have better damage. Sure, they have range. But they lack utility, survivability, map influence earlygame, and all sorts of things. The tank meta exists because tanks have ALWAYS had strong lategames, but now they have better clears to reach it, and they get a decent buff to their already great lategame. It's not about ADC's at all. In fact, they're practially immune to them.

Lacking utility and survivability is a champ to champ thing, not a role to role thing.
and
have plenty of utility.
and
have plenty of survivability.
It'd make some sense if Sion hadn't been dominating top lane for weeks and Juggermaw didn't come to prominence before Cinderhulk was implemented.
Tanks are seeing play because Cinderhulk (and to a lesser extent Righteous Glory) is really good. Hypercarries are seeing more play because someone needs to do the tank busting and with champions like Lulu being able to solo lane, protect the X comps are strong.
Exactly. Carries don't make tanks strong, tanks make carries strong.
Are you fucking kidding me? How do people still.... jesus. He's actually BAD right now, unless you're REALLY good. ACTUALLY BAD
Don't worry, Vi's ult got nerfed despite lower base damage and scaling, with no sustain in her kit. :)
In all honesty, I really think Lee Sin needs a rework. He has way too much in his kit (makes bad players bad, good players godlike) that makes balancing a bitch beyond numbers. His winrate is below average, but his pick rate is still the highest of all junglers :/
AMUMU IS A BETTER JUNGLER HOLY SHIT
Ever play lee sin? The only time iv'e ever seen lee sin have amazing sustained and burst damage, was when I played him top and that was because i built bruiser that leaned more towards damage than defense. If he is jungling he will either have
A) Huge burst from building full ad Or B) sustained damage from being a tank/off tank
Either have no damage and "ok" CC or die insantly. Sure, he's mobile, but not much else.
People still using winrates to defend Lee Sin lol.
