So how exactly is Poppy getting changed?

I really don't play poppy. To be honest I don't even know half her skills lol. I just wanna whats being changed because I just know poppy for being pretty weak early then just dumpstering 1v5 with her ult.

Basically her current kit is one of the most broken in the game, most notably her passive and her ultimate. So for now, the balance teem keeps her early game very weak, with high mana gating, so it's a lot harder to get to that big powerspike.

So with her Rework+VU, she'll most likely get a new passive and ultimate, but I think they've stated she's keeping her tackle.
