lets make taric an ult bot

Taric feels like an ult bot because he has very few ways to use his E and most of his spells in a fight.

I made a post about this a while back but old Taric felt like 65% fighter and 35% support, able to start things on his own and manage well in fights. New Taric feels like 90% support and can't do anything on his own unless he gets Righteous Glory or has flash up. He only has 1 ability that effects enemy champions.

Old Taric had 4 parts of his kit that involved fighting, passive, W, E, R New Taric only has 2 passive and E

New Taric could use some buffs to his fighter side. He has too much invested into supporting now due to his W and R changes. I don't know what changes I could suggest though that would make him feel more fightery without making his support over bearing.

Cutting his recovery frames after his abilities is a good start. You can spam QWER like any other champion really fast but recovery frames make it difficult to use bravado after a spell. You can animation cancel Q, W and R but the time you're saving isn't that noticeable.

Man I still don't love New Sej. I don't really feel like a TANK anymore, which is okay I guess. But I feel incomplete until I have a TriForce. Is this how Hecarim or Vi mains feel for the first 20 minutes of a game?

I also hate team fighting now, which is a new thing for me as a Sej main. I also LOVE chasing people through the jungle trying to get my E popped and it gets me killed. Not used to that either. I can dream for a revert, right?

I get she is strong, but not in the right ways imo. Dumpster the E and the passive and go back to the drawing board and get me some damn AoE CC and a real Tank steroid.
