Personally I wouldn't mind nerfing Riven down to Urgot tier

...not because she is super broken or anything (she's not).

But because Riven mains are so disgustingly obnoxious and arrogant. Especially those that are Gold or up. They always think they are the best at everything they do and they think they can easily climb to Challenger easy peasy. Like that guy who thinks he can get straight 99% in every Harvard course only to find out that he can't.

Giving Riven the Olaf-treatment would be like giving them a taste of their own medicine.

I faced against a Riven once who ENDLESSLY spammed laughs to the point where I wish there was a Squelch button like in Hearthstone.

If someone is endlessly laughing, mute them. It mutes champion emotes.

Just don't let an enemy Rumble know. The true Rumble mains take that as a challenge and will introduce you to the worst emote of all; the mute-proof mech laugh-spam.
