If you won’t bring damage to a reasonable amount

Can you ATLEAST make exhaust not a dead summoner.

At the moment it only reduces damage dealt by 40%. Well when EVERYTHING over kills by 2x someone’s health bar. That doesn’t matter.

Fun fact. 120% dead and 200% dead are both dead.

I don't think you know how to math. If they do 200% of someone's health (they don't, but let's assume, for the sake of this correction, that they do), then reducing that by 40% would mean they overkill by 20%, not by 60%. Why? Because 40% of 200 is 80, not 40, so reducing 200% hp damage by 40% would mean you only deal 120% of their health.

Also, it slows by 30% in addition to the damage reduction. Saying it only reduces damage by 40% is outright wrong.

Which champions do 200% of your HP bar in less than 2 seconds?

Exhaust is a very powerful summoner spell, especially when two enemies have it and you can just get exhausted every fight due to it's very low cooldown.

It can completely eliminate a champion from the game if you use it right, so please don't buff this summoner spell.

Just keep the "fuck damage meta" crusade going and eventually they will have to do something, you guys just give up so fast because one or two posts didn't change Riot's mind.

Ya never know. Exhaust might save a life if you do more than just exhaust and leave the assassin be to still kill the ADC while you do other things and meander instead of peel and protect.

Also, Exhaust slows the target.

ALSO, you did your math wrong. 40% of 200 is 120%. Plenty more time to save someone, because Ignite ain’t doing you at favours.
