We need a tanky on-hit item, armor/hp oriented, with magic damage

I haven't played WW top since madred's bloodrazor was removed. Today I tried it off again, and definitely isn't enough, I become useless without mana, and I can't really come up with a decent build. Devour is only available in jungle, and BOTRK only deals physical damage (while WW's passive, q and R all deal magic damage thus I use magic pen marks on WW) which just doesn't suit his overall tune.

I have always been hating BOTRK since I was a WW main while bloodrazor was removed, and I never found anything that can really replace it in WW's build until that torch thing and devour, but what about laning WW? I really want to play him at top, that probably has been my most enjoyable time at top lane. I still remember how I calculate, manage my mana and enemy damage, trade and zone with Q, think hard about strategy against kiting, baiting and ulting people under turret. After three years I still remember all those details. Please Riot I really want WW top to be viable again
