yes having been learning sona because of the ultimate skin, I don't understand why people use Q and only Q so much.

E chord is a 2s 40%+ slow at all ranks!

W chord is harder to judge, because Q chord killing them faster will also effectively reduce damage, but 20%+ damage reduction can still be pretty nice in many situations.

It is pretty good for catching enemies trying to escape, but other than that you don't really use it (especially laning wise). Another reason is most likely because Staccato is more accessible due to being the lowest cooldown ability.

I guess you could consider Dimunendo an underrated CC, but it doesn't last long and really no one seems to ever noticed when someone's been debuffed (which was supposed to be remedied with the rework......)

how about 's stun. Isn't it the longest single target stun in the game?
