and no even if you don't feed on purpose its irelevant you still giving gold and xp to enemy team you fucking over your team you are toxic

Feeding is not really punishable; just means they had a bad game.

Inting is very punishable, it's just that if you weren't the last person to report them, you don't get notified if they get banned.
