Clocking in at over 57% right now despite a high play rate. That has been hotfix worthy for previous champions, yet I hear nothing of nerfs from Riot right now.
UPDATE: Winrate still #1 in the game and still above 57%. Let's put it in perspective, it's almost 2% higher than Shaco right now who is definitely hotfix worthy right now.

Naut may have CC. but Maokai Has CC, Tanky, and hard damage.

as for maokai if he hops on you its gg. cause his damage can burst you even if he goes full tank build. and team fight wise Christ just another nuker to contend with

Looking at only the jungle, he is one of the two highest winrates. However, his playrate is fairly low.
Issue with Ivern is, a lot of his power comes from a few mechanics that have no equivalent on other champions - specifically, his unique method to clear the jungle (which, combined with Smite, means that if Ivern wants a camp, he gets it, period), his ability to duplicate buffs and his ability to generate vision-affecting terrain (brush).
