My thoughts on new shen!(Non-malicious post)
I haven't gotten much experience with new shen yet, so I wont make claims like (after 50 games i realized new shen sucks) Because 1. It's impossible to play 50 full games of new shen at this point and 2. New shen simply does not suck. He's able to trade back incredibly hard even though he can't harass with q anymore, his newly found taunt/q combo can deal some crazy damage early trades. He's not too item reliant early game and can dish out some decent damage if played as a tanky support. I enjoyed taking grasp of the undying on him before his rework, and will most likely continue to do so(If you're one of those who are complaining he has no more sustain because of his q then undying grasp is for you). I've been brain storming a few builds and was thinking if the team needed slightly more damage then a tanky nashor's build would be decent(dont forget about dat HUGE ulti shield doe!) Also, more good news! If you miss your taunt, your legs are no longer broken(previously I don't think there was a champion who got punished harder for missing an ability, if there is feel free to say so). I'll continue with my thoughts on new shen after I play some more games on him.
Sincerely, This guy that's happy with how shen turned out <3 Nice job Riot! :)
