make his abilities actually cost mana late game, so he have to build essence reaver and crit instead of full armor pen spaming abilities.

I hate my ADC3 votes

Jhin is to ADC what Janna is to supports. His kit is just too good for a nerf to actually bring him down.

His ultimate is too impactful and too hard to play against. His damage is too frontloaded and would require him to be nerfed to an unplayable state for it to not be so.

He is supposed to be an immobile marksman that get killed if caught. The problem is... he can shoot from safety and only need to engage for a very short amount of time in order to deal all of his damage. He's not the high risk, high reward champion he should be. He's fairly low risk because of how frontloaded he is.

If they want to nerf him, they need to take away from his kit. Like reducing the range on his ult, removing the slow or making the bullet stop on any target hit like minions, not just champions.
