About Orianna's ult (Not a QQ thread)

Has anyone noticed that the hit circle for her ult is a tad smaller? Several times I've hit the ult with a champ in it's vicinity and they didn't get pulled, it's annoying because the hit box is so large only to get cut in half from a running champ.
