The heck are you talking about, Athene's a good item in an AP vs. AP matchup, especially if you are mana hungry. Also, by mana regen I assume you mean Mana potions- Mana regen was buffed when Mana Potions were removed. And DFG was a stupid unfair piece of garbage.
I've literally never seen anyone complain about DFG until after it got removed. Maybe I'm just oblivious, but I've personally never seen anyone complain about it. But yeah, I agree
As a frequent support, I welcomed the changes brought about to gold generation and wards in season 4. I did not enjoy being the team vision vending machine.
As with any season, season 3 had ups and downs.
Season 3 was amazing for Assassins and Mages, it was a great and fun season.
