why is this allowed? And this wasn't the first time. Happened to me in season 4 when i played Fizz with DFG. I wasn't super fed but i won my lane, i've done full combo on draven INCLUDING dfg in like 19th minute of the game. And he didn't die.
WHY IS THIS ALLOWED IN 2019? Imagine a 1500 stacks Nasus with BT?

Lel no. Its because draven is a carry and ashe is utility. If u play draven vs ashe and lose lane, youre useless. If ur ashe and lose lane, u'll still scale while providing an excellent catch people out of posjtion tool, along with vision trom her E. Draven is to pub stomp and snowball.
Padoµch2 votesDraven is mostly an early game adc. If he gets fed early you have to stall the game to late game and farm up. He is designed to be the strongest lvl 1 adc for a reason :). He isnt op, and he isnt broken, he does what he needs to do. If your bottom lane cannot play really safe against him, they are doing it wrong. I actuall yhavent seen Draven, in ranked or normals in a really long time, because there are adcs that do his job better.

Like BT + Draven is really strong synergy since his lifesteal is benefited by the Q bonus damage, and he might be slightly overtuned since he's at about 52.5% winrate. However he's been slightly above/below 50% for a while and the item has gone unchanged for a long time. I feel like if he's too strong it'd be something simple like changing his Q values, not gutting the item.
Keep in mind that his damage output is going to be similar to champions like Jhin building IE and Draven is limited to his attack range. R is the only skill that doesn't depend on Draven being up close to his target. That and when Draven is well balanced he's usually at 51% or something since his kit does better than the average champion in solo q. He typically doesn't break into competitive 5v5s unless he's broken.

All a draven has to do is 1. learn the set pattern of the axes and 2. learn to double axe and that is it! Draven is unkillable, unstoppable and is 1 shooting everything in range distance with no counterplay whatsoever. There are counter picks but then again, those are

with correct build. I have been saying for ages he needs to get a mana cost on catching the axes, even if it is a small one because you might as well remove the mana bar cause it hasn't got an effect anyways.

broken. if fizz with full combo cant kill a fucking adc and he walks out with full hp, thats simply broken
