Ranked issues solution

If you win X games in a row at any level you should be able to play against the worst of diamond or plat or something. If you defeat the lions, bulls, and bears you should be allowed to challenge the arena champions if you so wish

Johnny got screwed by afks and won X games in bronze after falling into bronze V but he says he's the best thing since faker Timmy was boosted has lost X games in a row in diamond or plat or whatever

Johnny should get a game with timmy

If Johnny wins he should get insta promoted to somewhere If Timmy loses he should be at risk of getting demoted to somewhere

If timmy wins he should be forced into X-1 more games with players like johnny and If he loses too many matches he gets demoted.

Now there's another way out of the supposed ELO hell and its much MUCH faster. These matches wont be extremely common however but one team will be made of the best of lower ranks and the other will be the worst of higher ranks.
