Is new ww passive on-hit or not?

Eternal Hunger (Passive) Warwick's basic attacks deal [8 + 2 per level] bonus magic damage. If Warwick is below 50% health, he heals the same amount. If Warwick is below 25% health, this healing triples.

Does it proc (damage and heal) on Q and ult? (ie. is it on-hit or specific to AA?)

Does it heal when you are above 50% health? (for maybe less that 100% bonus magic damage, ie. is it really fixed threshold of 50% and 25% ww health or is it something like linear healing from 0% to 100% up to 50%, etc...)

Does Rageblade cause his passive to double proc as well?

Don't know about everything but I would assume it is on hit as it applies on his Q and R which apply on hit effects. It doesn't scale, it is flat values just like W. It would probably feel better if it scaled though (Currently his kit feels a bit clunky from stuff like that.)

Yes the passive is on-hit. Q applies on hit effects, as does his ult, so they'll apply that part of his passive.

Healing part applies to his basic attacks only when below 50%, with triple healing below 25%. It doesn't scale to values in between.
