Can We Have Another 20% CDR Item for AP?

Currently we have:

Only on-hit champions can usually buy two of these. Most of the other CDR items are usually pretty niche buys, like Abysall, Zhonya's, and Rocket Belt, leaving you with limited options as a Mage if you want 40% CDR. Other classes usually have two 20% CDR, with Frozen Heart, Black Cleaver, Trinity Force, and Essense Reaver. Why can't Mage get one more 20% CDR item to make it easier for them?

And I know "You have Mage bias! Blah!" Nah not really, I play Top Lane mostly and usually play Juggs and AP Bruisers rather than Mages.
