Demacian Tech.

I'm trying to think of a name, but my idea is this. I see a lot of people talking about towers being useless, so here's my idea for a support item. This would be a support item, because naturally bot laners take less punishment from tower diving than solo lanes like mid and top. So with Demacian Tech(I figured Demacia is a fortified city, thus the name), there would be tier 1,2 and 3(all with unique names) Each tier would double the speed that a tower would attack for 5 seconds. Tier 1(25% more attack speed). Tier 2(50% more attack speed) and finally tier 3(100% more attack speed). So we're looking at 1.25x,1.5x, and 2x more attack speed on towers. This would make bot lane safer and less prone to getting dived.

There would need to be some kind of disadvantage somewhere for building such an item, so that said item doesn't completely monopolize the support meta of items.

So perhaps tier 1 50% extra base health regen Unique passive:kill assists grant 50 extra gold Unique active:towers attack 1.25x faster. Tier 2: 30 armor 100% extra base health regen unique passive:kill assists grant 100 extra gold unique active:Towers attack 1.5x faster tier 3: 60 armor 150% extra base health regen unique passive: kill assists grant 150 extra gold Unique active: Towers attack 2x faster
