To anyone who wants to argue against me. Tell me why would you ever take
over
. You get near instant team mobility with Sivir. Quinn's, which is a lower amount and only for herself, has a timer preventing her from using it in or after combat, has nearly the same mana cost on it, and is lost if she even hits someone. On top of this she has no survivability anymore thanks to loss of her blind and her damage is effectively single target (her Q AoE is small and only effects one person with the damage amp instead of a group with blind). She also doesn't have that great of a mana pool or regen rate. Her only saving grace is that she has her E to keep distance but it is nulled if they have any displacements. Her W is a 40s CD for an extended vision bubble. Oh and for the millionth time. She lost several steroids. Her AS in ult is gone. Her ult moves slower than it used to (went from a sort of mini home guard to a
with the slightly more MS than
. Her passive is up less often until late game (when she is already falling off). And to top this all off. She still has the major weakness of being very bad at team fights.
I also want to point out that she effectively lost 2 abilities as well. Because her E and Q basically reset when turning into Valor as well as made her Q more reliable.
So before you argue against me. Tell me how and the hell she is any better than she was before. She still has an meh late game and her early game got butchered. And her kit "didn't change". There is no reason a pro team would ever pick Quinn over Sivir anymore (not that many pro teams even used her this season, in fact they have even less of a reason to now). Let's put it this way. Quinn went from situationally good to situationally average. Her entire kit dipped down a tier. Not a single point got better other than her passive, but she will only ever proc that maybe 2 more times than before in a fight with no minions around.
