Just a crazy idea, but what if...

You could only buy one item, item and item per game, changed their buildpaths to build into only three items each (BT, I-Edge and Merc Scimitar; Rabadons, Zhonya's and something else; and Warmog's, Randuin's and then maybe Spirit Visage or something) and then made each items super powerful individually?
