I was watching a pro player stream last night and he straight up said that there isn't any bottom combo stronger than Kalista and Thresh. Anytime Thresh lands a hook, it's an automatic kill.
Gangplank and Fiddlesticks are definitely being shipped. They share two skin themes. Gangplank's ultimate synergizes perfectly with Fiddlesticks'.
