What is a good level to play PvP?

I always lose when I play PvP. I usually pick normal draft mode but I can not win even if I pick ranked or blind mode. In my last game my team told me to play co-op vs AI more to get better. So what is a good place to start PvP at, in terms of summoner level.

I would like to get Hextech Mastery Chests, but it won't let me get them unless I play in PvP modes. Unless there is a way to get Mastery Chests in Co-Op vs AI, so I don't ruin other people's times constantly losing in PvP trying to get them.

Right now I'm Level 58; I just hope the game will match me against players of similar skill level instead of putting me in unwinnable games so much.

You need to play PvP to get better, doesn't matter if you lose. How are you supposed to play this game when you have 0 experience with other players. You're lvl 58 now, just play against real players and start learning. Eventually you will win.

You will never learn how to actually play in bots.

Just pick a role/champ and spam que norms and focus on learning them, annie is probably a good starter for you.

And start building recommended until you get a feel for champs and items.

So far I have 1540 games in pvp but still lose every time

Sorry, I'm a bit late to this. Honestly, if you want to play pvp, just start immediately. I can guarantee you that you will be terrible at first when facing humans, but that's ok, because everyone has to start somewhere. Eventually you will slowly get better at fighting other people, but what you need to do is just know that you will do terribly, but try not to let that get you down. By the way, just mute people if they harass you about being bad.
