Why in honest to god fucking hell am I taking 8% of my hp in physical damage, plus all the other fucking on hit damages that ADCs have like Kog maws W, Varus' W, Kalistas W when they arn't even focusing me. The fucking boosted apes could be attacking a fucking caster minion and I'm still going to be taking massive chunks of my health every half second because of runans broken ass hurricane.

TreeDayBan1 votesWell, because the item is complete trash otherwise. Its outshined by Shiv in every aspect. MAYBE its good in a teamfight where there are 3+ tanks/frontline to hit, but other than that, it just doesnt offer much. I dont even build it on Ashe anymore. Better off getting that 1-shot wave potential and 450 dmg burst from a Shiv crit than hoping to tickle 2 other frontline with Q damage.
RFC and PD also just offer more.
Its just not in a great spot, and the only people making any use of it is On-Hit ADCs. The other Zeal items are just better. The only time I ever decide to build it on a crit ADC is if there are like 3-4 Melee in the game I know I'll be hitting, and maybe a bunch of healing that I want to stack executioners on.
