I think any hard CC should immediately end the devour effect and negate the damage taken. Stun/Polymorph/Knock UP.

IE. Tahm Kench runs into a Viktor field and eats him, gets stunned, Viktor pops out unharmed.

Good. It's a Skarner ult on a 8 second cd. The damage is broken as fuck. It should have more counter play considering he's basically invincible once he finishes two HP items.

No it's not. While being ulted by Skarner, you get dragged much much further and can still be damaged by the enemies.

While I do agree that Tahm is a bit on the strong side, this is not how he should be tweaked.

because lulu isn't op enough lets add the ability to cause extra damage or even better ignore one of the strongest things about a support she already beats
