Honestly, for a company that makes so much LC$ I don't see why they're so lazy... Oh wait reworking a champion doesn't give you da munneh. Releasing new skins and new champions does....

Valexfor1 votesThey didn't scrap the design because of the assets required, it was iceboxed since there are champs with far higher priority and since ZenonTheStoic (who's not in the champ up team) had to work on Azir. When the champ up team reviewed the rework decided it wasn't the right way to go and that he would get reworked, but a lot later and with a different kit.
