Minimum Primary Wait Time for Dynamic Queue
People have talked about how getting their Secondary a lot and, if picking Support, always getting Support. So why not make your Secondary role in Dynamic Queue "unlock" after waiting for 15-30 seconds or so. This way, the queue timer isn't just insanely lengthened, but people can still take Support as a Secondary role without it being their Primary role.
