self cast jungle enchantment

Gives movementspeed buff. like summoner Ghost description: Effect Your Champion ignores unit collision and moves 28% faster for 10 seconds.

So the enchanment in question could be like 25% movement speed buff for 3.5 seconds. self cast could have a seperate cooldown from smite charges. the cooldown would be on the item. would be like righteous glory without the aoe to teammates or slow. Better example would be ghostblade just without the attack speed, and somewhat less strong.

Could be a new enchantment altogether smite. Or could be added to poachers knife. Maybe nerf its smite movement speed however.

as warwick jungle i find just getting to the enemy can take a while. and the nerf on the range of smite makes me all too often just shy of being in range to ult. also warwick can often find himself in a bad spot without being able to dash away..
