Whats the problem? Does no damage, isn't tanky, can't go into cc comps at all, weaker heal than other champs

Guardian is great revitalize helps, but then you don't gain health for late game off of overgrowth so your even less tanky
Without ap the heals and damage are mediocre
Without health he gets popped instantly unless he has a huge shield (except recently 
got buffed)
Going in is hard as hell now with 
e changes
The quickness doesn't give Rakan any survivability that an engage ult wants, it doesn't give him enough speed to be a 'surprise' ult people see it coming, it doesn't give him enough speed to make it great, it doesn't give him temporary cc immunity so he can actually go in
All in all please consider giving Rakan some sort of buff to either increase his healing, or his engage, or make him more tanky so he won't be punished for trying to do his job, or give him higher late game mana so his SKILLSHOT heal and other abilities can be used more rather than use abilities throughout a teamfight and a skirmish and then be basically out of mana
