Cait has a couple things otherwise going for her.
Thus you get a high pick rate, and a slightly above 50% win rate.
She's not an abusive champ in the slightest.

Low pick rate means only mains are playing that champ, so it's expected to be high. High pick rate means more people are new to the champ, dragging down the winrate below the actual power.

AFilthyCaitMain1 votesFor one, 51% is pretty balanced, although a bit on the stronger side of balanced. Shes easy to counter as well, Just ask if you want to know them. Also it depends how they work with crit ADCs, she may get op, or maybe not. Riot will nerf her accordingly if she becomes OP.
You cant base your facts solely on winrate, let alone a pretty normal winrate. Now if she was OP, itd be like 53%+ or so.
