Riots newest champions are barely played anymore, some of them falling under champions that are not even considered viable.
dakota saturn1 votesThe newest champs have super overloaded kits and then have to be Eve'd to not completely destroy the game. Kalista and Azir were in the 5 most recent champ releases, and now they sit in Evelynn tier because their designer has megalomania issues.
When they were viable, they were ungodly OP and pushed every other champ in their role out. They really need to bring back Coronach and Shurelia. They were actually healthy for the game.

Well so it is. Time tick ticks away. But you can also put Taliyah in the same tier with them, and she was pretty recent.

The real problem is riot releases champions that are relatively good, and pros break them to the point where they get shen'd
