Rengar Is overperforming, expecially with very experienced player, and he deserve a nerf.

I know Riot's team finds a bug with Rengar's passive: it scales with total ad instead of bonus ad https://gyazo.com/fb8cc1a67778e8d3cf22ed8537ed661a You are also nerfing his passive bonus ad of 10 % ( P.S. epic +1% ad bonus on first reward), I know You are buffing his base ad scaling, but how about doing things step by step without exaggeration immediately? Double heavy nerf on a champ who is after all around 50% win rate and that brings just raw damage, isn't too much?

Hes still going to be overpowered, he'll need more nerfs.

What makes him op is the 100% crit on ult leap and the W ability itself cc immunity + cleanse, and none of those are getting nerfed.

72% ban ratio.Couple more weeks and hes gonna reach kassadin lvl.trust me that passive nerf not gonna be enough.They need to remove his crit on his ulti.Also the only counterplay for assasins is cc ...Why the fuck they gave him free qss? all assasins get counterplay (talon 3aa passive ,LB 1.5cd on passive) except for this fucker...

Just wishing one of the devs replies before 10 bans hit the live servers eventually. Have a strong feeling Rengar will be perm banned every game at this rate. :/
