since bork is being shifted to more AD, can we get an item to fill its role as AD/AS?

In all honesty, after these changes, it's going to be a garbage item. Champs like zed, yi, and adcs will have even less of a reason to buy it. As for the champs where bork is a core item, they get shit on by this change. Jax, Irelia, Vayne are going to be shoved even further out of the meta. The passive for it is more useless due to there not being enough attack speed to actually make use of it. Shit move by riot.

Irelia, Jax, and Vayne have barely been buying it tho. At least, afaik. Irelia goes triforce -> full tank, Vayne goes crit, Jax goes triforce/gunblade/other shenanigans which may involve a rageblade or bork.

If Trinity still only had 15% attack speed I would be in agreeance but I might actually consider this version sometimes.

It is becoming a bit more of a well rounded item instead of a tank killer in a meta where tanks are less common then they use to be.

The active has always been more of a AD DFG anyways so I feel this is a reasonable change but the active is no push over for what it offers. I am actually kinda worried that in it's current PBE state it might be too strong on vayne with the 2 + 1 second per auto slow for a slow up to 6 seconds.

Still hoping that Wit's end will be opened up to more champs though since only like 6 or 7 can make good sue of the MR shred.
