Where is a mid lane AP mage supposed to get 40(or45%) cdr?
For a standard AP mage in the mid lane your options are

Bergk1 votesI actually use CDR/lvl Quints and 3 cdr/lvl glyphs to get 20% CDR. Then I only buy 1 20% CDR item.
