Change remake rules...

I came back at 2:55~ due to an emergency and typed in chat and even moved, but the douchebags on my team still remade because they got firstblooded and had nothing to lose. I don't know why the remake vote still popped up, maybe because I was still in spawn.Therefore I lose lp and get lower mmr. Maybe make it so that when you type/move around they can't do an afk vote on you BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT AFK. Or make you not lose the whole lp amount, that seems pretty stupid. Maybe like 2-5 and don't get lower mmr.
