Riot's balancing is fine the way it is...

Honestly, I don't know why people are complaining so much over and over. Throughout the boards most of the top posts can be seen as people complaining about specific champions that rotate as metas change, and most of the time there is a common theme found among all of them. We have to give kudos to the Rioters who come on the boards and comment as much as they do, for a majority of the time all they get in return is back lash, insults, and claims of heartlessness.

Back towards the end of season 4, people complained that Riot's balancing was unfair, that they only cared for the champions that make (as people on the boards put it) #LC$BIGPLAY$ (that hurt to type), and that assassins had too much power in the game. Early season 5 and Cinderhulk is introduced, as well as minor buffs to tanks and tank items, creating what was known as the tank meta. People became quiet about the assassins, no more talk of...I'm going to say #"plays" because I refuse to type that stupid statement again, but guess what...they still complained. Now the boards went on to say the game was too boring, that tanks were everywhere and games lasted too long because no one died (btw, assassins are countered by tanks, so of course they would come up when assassins are weakened). So, Riot put moderate nerfs and adjustments to specific champions and items to make it so tanks wouldn't overshadow all other champion-types. The meta was effectively shifted to where 3 variations of champion-types and team-compositions were utilized. There was poke champions (mixed with sustaining/mobile team comps), bruisers (mixed with engaging team comps), and hyper-carries (mixed with sieging/protect the carry comps). It was a meta with no true dominating type of champion or composition.

However, people are still complaining. Some claim there is too much mobility (with focus around champions such as Vayne , Fizz , Irelia , and Nidalee . Others claimed champions had too much damage put in one or two abilities (this covers most if not all of the poke champions). Finally, there were those who claimed champions kits were overloaded and nothing can be done (this covers most of the hyper carries who are protected by very supportive team compositions, such as Tristana Azir Jax Vayne . There were also specific complaints directed towards specific items, such as item 3933 item 3724 item 3285 item 3116 .

Now, Riot is placing changes on some of the champions to make it easier to work with or against them (azir passive change and losing the knock-up, ekko losing his strength as a tank, Runeglaive working only on monsters, etc.). There are plenty of changes that could be noted, but those are just a few. In response to complaints about mobility, Riot reworked some of the juggernauts to aid them against those with mobility but without adding mobility to the champions themselves, as well as adding or altering certain items to really help (Deadman's Plate and AP item changes). Riot has acknowledged and spoke of how they are planning some changes to the stronger hyper-carries (but of course people still complain despite this). In the current patch, Lee Sin received a small buff to his ultimate, adding damage to when the target collides into his allies (which is only really effective against health stacking tanks and lessens the desire to Insec the carry). Immediately people on the boards complain, claiming Riot again only cares for "#plays", and some try to say they only care for certain champions that play in the LCS. Even though there are currently buffs to champions rarely seen in the LCS (Bard, Nocturne, the Juggernauts), it is well known throughout the community that certain champions are getting complete reworks (Poppy, Taric, Urgot, Etc.), and the champions seen often in LCS continue to see nerfs (Fizz losing his strength when tanky, Azir losing mobility in trade for zone control, Gangplank losing a small amount of his armor pen on barrels, Viktor getting nerfs to his Hexcore item, Kalista being nerfed in many areas), people still complain.

To Riot, you are doing an outstanding job with your balancing, don't mind the anger found on the boards. Continue doing what you are doing. Thank you all for making and devoting yourselves to such an amazing game. We all owe you so much for the joy you have brought to the millions who play this game and watch it.

TL;DR This game is ever changing, and Riot has always been good on adjusting the proper areas of power according to where parts seem too strong. Remember, in a game as big as this, it will never be perfect. We should stop claiming Riot is heartless or only cares what is flashy when all champions have a potential to be flashy. Instead we should be more thankful and trusting in Riot.

Riot's balance team is really ham-fisted, as they make too many changes at once, often compounding issues and creating situations where certain champs get overnerfed or overbuffed. If their real goal is to achieve actual balance they would make far less drastic changes at a time. Unfortunately, I think much of their direction in "balancing" the game is more meant to shake up things than to achieve actual balance. I think that is where the aggravation comes from.

You have to disregard what the bronze ppl are qqing about.

The reason why their balancing team sucks are 2 realistic factors :

#1 As you already mentioned in your post they blatantly favour "lcs bigplayz" champs #2 They allways do the exact opposite of what they state regarding their balance statements.
