They deal Physical damage so yes, they should. Black Cleaver is actually a recommended item on the new Yorick

Maiden actually deals magic damage. Doesn't matter that it scales with AD.

But the Mist Walkers deal physical damage in which case the BC matters

While it would trigger on the mist walkers, and his Q. his mist walkers look like they die pretty easily so it may not be very effective. but i wouldnt know yet.
