Can we just remove minion block from the game?
So it's really baffled me for a while why minion block even exists, and, after having a game where I got stuck between my caster and melee minion waves for a good 30 seconds, I feel like it's time.
Why, in a game where the CHAMPION cannot block the CREEPS, can the CREEPS block the CHAMPION? It makes sense to have this interaction in DotA2 because you can use creep blocking as a mechanic to control your wave, so of course it works the other way around (where creeps can block you). Why does this mechanic still exist in League of Legends? It doesn't really add any meaningful strategic depth (intending for your enemy laner to get stuck inside their creeps is not a reliable way to play the game), but it DOES add tons of cases where the person getting stuck feels really bad and it gives unintended benefits to the enemy laner (getting stuck in creepwaves when someone comes to gank feels bad bro). So why not just make everyone ignore creep collision? I feel like the ability to ignore creep collision is super funky in most cases where it can be achieved (like... it's only really useful in the laning phase or in really weird scenarios so it feels bad to choose an item specifically for that, and the people with it available in their kits make dubious use of it outside of the laning phase). I just don't understand why it's still a necessary mechanic.
