Possible Zilean Change?
Since his Q's cool down is now 12/11/10/9/8 seconds, I noticed that some of the cool down reduction from his W will go to waste if it used with it, especially with CDR if you do that, which is what they seem to be pushing with the ultimate CDR decrease to make it only 36 second cool down.
So I have an idea for his W.
Say I get just enough CDR to use his Q every... 6.4 seconds? I use my W and it decreases the cool down to 0 seconds, allowing me to cast it. Then, the remaining 10 second reduction is applied to the next Q's cool down, reducing the next Q's cool down by 3.6 seconds the next time I use it, down to 2.8 seconds. This can only happen once per use, meaning you cant use your W while the cool down of an ability is already affected by this, meaning you cant stockpile Q resets to spam out infinite bombs. To simplify this:
- Zilean uses W while Q is currently on 5 seconds of cool down left
- The ability's cool down becomes zero
- Zilean uses Q
- The cool down reduction from his W carries over to the next Q cool down reduction, reducing it by 5 seconds, resetting it again
- Zilean uses Q again
