Mages specified: Vel’Koz, Zyra, Malzahar, Vladimir, Brand, Cassiopeia

I thought Vel'Koz was on the list for minor changes, what happened to put him in line for moderate changes instead?

I would really hate to see his kit changed, its simple yes, but not every kit needs a paragraph explaining ability functions.
