Nerf Banner of Commands already
When Mid laner rush Banner instead of AP because of how OP it is, and top and support, even jungle do as well. I think it's time for the nerf Hammer... This item is in a ridiculous state right now..

Well i've saw Tf, Vlad, Malz mid taking it and some support prefer that over Zeke . Tbh the damage reduction is legit annoying
