Nope, its basically a free Ruby Crystal at the cost of a temporary damage nerf. Great for tank supports like Leona who dont deal much damage anyway

Ornn and Shen get played as support fairly frequently still. Mostly people trying to replicate the pros but still. and if you're taking a lot of damage from any of those supports, I'd highly recommend checking your positioning.

Would be nice if it gave more health at the cost of even less damage. Still, it would be a tough contender with Cosmic Insight!
