Can I have intermediate bots as team mates in ranked please?

So as you know since the removal of TT, XP leveling bots have invaded Co-op vs AI. I just had a game where one of these bots fed an intermediate Caitlin Bot and this thing was impossible to kill. Even worse, when they grouped up it was a nightmare. I realized that these bots are vastly better than the majority of shit trash I get on my teams in Silver and Gold. Can we get an option to choose these bots as team mates please? I'd rather have an Intermediate than your typical 0-13 Yasuo garbage ass feeding noobshit.
