YOu can give the feedback weeks later so I dont know who it was for but every time I see it popup it makes be happy and makes me feel like you actually care about cleaning up the toxic crap.

It will send it out to multiple people in a match, but occasionally it decides to not send, and if they get punished for a different game there's no popup.
Jennifer4201 votesit does send out more than one. my premade and i both got one at the same time when we both only reported the same person. but idk man it seems totally random. its literally a gamble thats like 95% chance for no feedback 5% chance for 1-9 feedback messages

Jennifer4203 votesthe core idea is alright tho. if you get reported by 8 or 9 other people, it should force a manual review. because if 9 people report you, which means at least 4 (enemys) arent premades ganging up on you. that means you really did something.

People can intentionally ruin games, intentionally feed, Do something stupid like sit in one spot with Teemo laying a mine field as his team is decimated for 20+ minutes. And as far as Riot's concerned? They did nothing wrong!
Typing the wrong thing or too much though? Swift punishment, honour lvl 0, a pop up in your face every time you open the client and after EVERY game until it's over. But riot! I thought we were supposed to let people's mistakes go! D: Not constantly remind players of them. Everyone has bad days right?
